DR MARTIN OEHLER, FOUNDER & CEO
Dr. Martin Oehler. 15 years experience in capacitive ECG development, medical devices and embedded systems design, Co-founder and director of a medical device company. His experience includes: development of a novel capacitive ECG-Device, hard- and software; implementation of the complete certification process including risk management, electrical safety, EMC, biocompatibility; and clinical trials, and implementation of a production process for a medical device, based on DIN EN ISO 13485
KERSTIN SALLOWS, FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE CHAIR
A career spanning over 34 years of international investment experience, holding senior positions with Deutsche Bank and BZW in Frankfurt, London and Sydney prior to joining AMP Private Capital, the then largest investor in the Southern Hemisphere, as a Director of the Private Capital Division. Kerstin founded Alternative Asset Manager Brookvine in 2001 that was successfully sold to a listed entity in 2022.
KEITH DAVIDSON, COO
AND DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Formerly EMEA Regional Director at Saatchi & Saatchi, Keith was responsible for the development and execution of global and regional marketing strategies for the agency’s largest client, Procter & Gamble. This involved centralised strategic and budgetary management of third party suppliers, as well as setting up, training and directing agency teams in multiple countries, ensuring the highest level of client service. Keith also co-founded a retail brand company in 2014.
IAN WYNNE, DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH
& HUMAN PERFORMANCE
Over 20 years of experience exploring and developing human potential, a successful Olympic athlete, followed by 9 years of elite coaching with world-class athletes, Independent Performance Consultant, and now Director of Research and Human Performance for PBM. The key point of contact for clients, Ian has extensive knowledge and practical experience of applying CVT within the field of human performance and research and has become the company’s non-clinical expert on it.

Leading world expert in autonomic neurophysiology. He practices clinically and carries out cutting-edge clinical neurophysiological research, both internationally and in the UK. Dr Julu is the inventor of the NeuroScope, a machine for autonomic assessment and monitoring of brainstem functions
PROFESSOR MELVIN LOBO (MBChB PhD FRCP FBHS FESC FACC)
A pioneering cardiovascular specialist based in London. Considered a global thought leader for his work as a specialist in all forms of blood pressure disorders. He has been involved in a number of important clinical studies of device-based therapies for these conditions
DR SHANE DELAMONT (MB BS, MD, FRACP, FRCP)
Consultant Neurologist with specialist interest in the diagnosis and management of epilepsy, syncope and seizure-like attacks. He specialised in epilepsy and cardiovascular autonomic function before his appointment at King’s as consultant neurologist. He is also honorary senior lecturer at King’s College London
